, a Veralto company. Responsible for delivering technical training to engineers worldwide, creating training materials, and supporting complex technical cases. The position is located in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire and requires up to 30% travel.

• Deliver technical training (face‑to‑face and online) on Linx product installation, fault‑finding, and maintenance.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations and digital content for new product launches.
• Support Technical Support team with complex technical inquiries from distributors.
• Maintain accurate training records and issue certificates for completed courses.
• Collaborate on engineering projects to develop training for new products.
• Measure success through distributor feedback and number of training sessions delivered annually.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time and work from the office in St. Ives.
• Electrical and/or mechanical engineering background (degree, HND/HNC).
• +5 years of experience as a Technical Trainer.
• Highly customer‑focused with strong attention to detail, planning and organisational skills, and MS Office proficiency.
• Coding & marking industry knowledge and digital content creation skills are useful but not critical.

St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom. Up to 30% travel (2‑3 long‑haul trips annually lasting up to 2 weeks, plus regular UK/European short‑haul visits).
