A tech company in Cambridge is seeking a CPU Research Engineer to research next-generation data prefetching and design advanced speculative execution mechanisms. The ideal candidate holds a Master's or PhD in a relevant field and has a deep understanding of advanced computer architectures.

Experience with programming in C, C++, and Python, along with cycle-accurate microarchitecture simulation, is essential. This is a full-time on-site position for 12 months, likely to extend.
