Senior CAD Analyst - Rights of Light - London / Hybrid - up to £55,000  Benefits -  I am currently recruiting for a Senior CAD Analyst to work for one of the UKs most highly regarded real estate organisations in the UK. This role will be based in London, but can be performed on a hybrid basis. Salary up to £55,000  Benefits.

The organisation has a fantastic heritage having been established for a very long time and are recognised as leaders within their field. They are deemed the experts at what they do and have an unrivalled reputation in the market. They work on some of the most complex and prestigious projects within the UK. To support the ongoing growth of the business they now have the need to appoint a Senior CAD Analyst on a permanent basis.

Within this role as a Senior CAD Analyst you will be creating highly accurate and realistic 3D AutoCAD models of development sites and buildings from Point Cloud and using specific analysis software to support. You will also regularly communicate with Surveyors and Project Managers on progress. Being a senior you will be expected to lead another CAD Analyst. There will be some site based work surveying and supporting the partner within the division as and when required.

Essential Requirements:
Previous experience within the Rights of Light domain as a CAD Analyst or similar Ideal Requirements:
