Senior Service Max Engineer

We are partnering with a fast-growing technology company to hire an experienced Senior Service Max Engineer.
 
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering scalable, high-quality Salesforce and Service Max solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and fellow engineers to design, document, develop, and test innovative solutions that enhance operations and customer experience.
 
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in building well-crafted, impactful software.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable Salesforce and Service Max solutions based on business requirements, ensuring best-practice alignment.
Build and configure Service Max modules, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
Evaluate new Salesforce and Service Max features, as well as third-party tools, to enhance performance and user experience.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment plans.
Develop and execute unit, integration, and regression tests; support UAT and resolve production issues efficiently.
Collaborate across teams to support evolving business needs, and be willing to contribute to any Enterprise Systems initiatives as required.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of hands-on Service Max experience, including implementation expertise
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Service Max Flows, and back-end processes
Solid understanding of Service Cloud and Service Max data models, including customer feedback journeys
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence Nice-to-Have Skills

Salesforce Platform Developer II or Technical Architect certifications

Experience with middleware tools (e.g., Mule Soft, Dell Boomi)
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems
