Location:
Cambridge (Hybrid)
An established and rapidly growing UK-based B2B technology company in the electronics and engineering sector is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of its digital marketing strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role covering the full digital marketing mix, from campaign planning and content creation through to lead generation and handover to sales.
You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, website performance, inbound lead generation, and marketing automation across UK and international markets. Working in a small, collaborative team, you will have high visibility, autonomy, and a direct impact on revenue growth.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategy aligned to business growth
• Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel campaigns including SEO, PPC, email, content, and Linked In Ads
• Generate, nurture, and qualify inbound leads for handover to sales
• Manage website performance, CMS updates, and conversion rate optimisation
• Build and manage marketing automation and CRM workflows (Hub Spot preferred)
• Create and manage technical and non-technical content including blogs, case studies, emails, webinars, and video
• Implement tracking, reporting, dashboards, and ROI analysis using tools such as Google Analytics
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and commercial teams to support product marketing and GTM activity
Requirements
• Proven experience in a B2B Digital Marketing Manager or Senior Digital Marketing role
• Strong experience in SEO, PPC, Linked In Ads, marketing automation, and email marketing
• Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Hub Spot
• Track record of driving inbound lead generation and pipeline growth
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with reporting and performance optimisation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with in electronics, engineering, hardware, software, or SaaS sectors preferred
