Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Cambridgeshire

Hexwired has partnered with a company who are a specialized technology firm. They are looking for an Dev Ops Engineer who will be a part of their UK devops with a deep knowledge of a wide range of areas around the trading platform. Although you will be working in a team you should be able to work under your own steam.

Key skills required for this role:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on professional experience

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT operations role such as Dev Ops, System Administration, Linux Systems Engineering, or Network Engineering

* 3+ years of experience with Python and shell scripting

* Knowledge of FIX or ITCH/OUCH protocols is a strong advantage

* Familiarity with C++ is a plus

The salary for this Dev Ops Engineer role will be up to £90,000 per annum. The company are rapidly expanding and are at the forefront of their industry.
