Salary: £36,700 - £47,650

Cambridge, Hybrid (at least 2 days per week in the office)

Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)

The Application Support Analyst role sits within the Education Exam Solutions function of the Exam Technology Organisation (ETO).

As an Application Support Analyst, you are responsible for ensuring the normal operation of key examination processing applications on behalf of ETO and the Business. You will work in collaboration with colleagues to provide operational support of examination processing applications.

• Provide operational support of examination processing applications.
• Ensure the normal operation of key services on behalf of ETO and the Business.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective application support.

• Relevant experience in application support or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of operational support processes within an educational technology environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
