Group Ads Specialist

Overview:
We're partnering with a fast-growing multi-brand automotive group to hire a Group Ads Specialist based full-time in Burton-on-Trent. This is a team people want to join known for its supportive culture, regular company gatherings, and continuous training investment. You will take ownership of £500k annual ad spend across Google, PPC, You Tube and Meta.

What Youll Do :
Manage and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, You Tube and Meta Develop structured testing plans and optimisation frameworks Own budgets, pacing, forecasting and channel performance - Build dashboards for CPL, CPA, ROAS and revenue attribution Improve landing pages and conversion journeys with Rev Ops & Marketing - Maintain accurate tracking (GA4, GTM, conversion APIs) Introduce new channels and growth opportunities What Youll Need: 4 years of hands-on experience managing high-spend accounts Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 Strong analytical skills with the ability to build high-level reporting Experience driving performance in lead-generation environments A mindset around experimentation, optimisation and scaling what works Benefits:
