Graduate AI Solutions Proposal Writer - BSc, MSc,
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience) + benefits

About You
We're looking for a highly motivated graduate with strong written communication skills and an appetite for working in a fast‑paced, intellectually stimulating environment.
Essential:
- Degree (2:1 or above) in a STEM subject or similar
- Degree from a top UK university or an international equivalent
- High A‑level grades (or international equivalent)
- Strong, clear writing skills suitable for different audiences
- Excellent organisation, planning, and attention to detail
- Able to work across multiple teams and manage competing deadlines
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
- Must have completed some form of bid/proposal writing - through university work, competitions, projects, or an internship
- Happy working in fast paced environment
Highly Beneficial (but not essential):
- Some understanding of RFPs, tender processes, or structured proposals
- Exposure to AI concepts, data, or emerging technologies
- Basic coding knowledge (any language)
- Some understanding of sales or the sales cycle
What the Role Involves
- Supporting the full proposal and RFP lifecycle
- Coordinating timelines, contributors, and review processes
- Collaborating with Product, Technical, and Legal teams to gather accurate inputs
- Drafting, editing, and refining high‑quality AI‑focused proposals
- Ensuring clarity, consistency, and professional standards throughout
- Helping maintain and improve a growing proposal library
- Using internal AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency
