Air Conditioning Service Delivery Manager
Location:
East Anglia
Salary: £70k + Package
The Role:
* As an Air Conditioning Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of service delivery for HVAC and air conditioning projects.
* Plan, execute, and monitor service contracts, PPM schedules, and reactive maintenance programs.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
* Support pricing, quotations, and budgeting for service contracts and remedial works.
* Audit existing contracts and manage any contract modifications or variations.
* Build and maintain client relationships to support business development.
* Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and performance oversight.

* Offices based in Cambridgeshire
* Specialise in commercial HVAC and air conditioning service and maintenance projects
* Strong client base with ongoing growth across multiple sectors
* This hire is to support continued expansion and development of the service division
The Ideal Candidate :
* Extensive experience in service delivery or senior management within the HVAC/air conditioning sector.
* Proven ability to manage engineers and oversee service operations effectively.
* Commercially aware and confident supporting pricing and business development.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across East Anglia.
