Company & Project: An award winning Project Management consultancy with an office in Cambridge are looking for a client focused Senior Project Manager with a stable career history to join their business. The business has a track record across multiple decades of delivering projects between c 5m- 50m across the Education, Healthcare, Retail, Life Science and Commercial sectors. The current opportunity is for a Senior Project Manager to join working on a key client account with a stable pipeline of repeat business.

Our client has a busy project pipeline for 2026 and they are recruiting for a Senior level Project Manager due to growth of their business.

The business prides itself on it's staff development and this is ref elected in the longevity of employment of many of the senior leadership team who have progressed their careers within the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will take responsibility for project management, contract administration and project delivery on JCT and NEC projects, including the businesses flagship project/client in the local area. The projects are typically valued at c 10m- 30m and are majority New Build.

Desirable Experience:
- Minimum 10 years+ experience as a Project Manager post degree qualification.
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Strong track record on new build or refurbishment projects with NEC and JCT contract administration.
- Looking to develop their career in a team orientated environment.
- Previous Roles:
Associate Project Manager OR Senior Project Manager OR Principal Project Manager OR Project Manager.

Qualifications & Skills: Degree or MSc in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying or NVQ/HNC/BTEC or comparable.
