Senior Programme Manager Cambridge upto £70k Are you an experienced Senior Programme Manager looking to lead complex, high-value projects in a fast-paced environment? As a Senior Programme Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading NPI programme delivery, ensuring contractual obligations are met
• Managing stakeholder relationships and acting as escalation point for customers and OEMs
• Driving cost control and reporting on programme performance to senior management
• Coaching and mentoring Programme Managers to achieve best practice
• Overseeing risk management and mitigation across the NPI portfolio

As a Senior Programme Manager, your experience will include:

• Proven programme management experience in complex, high-value projects
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field
• Ideally, a formal PM qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or AGILE Practitioner
