Finance & Resources Director

Hybrid role, 35 hours per week.

Join our Executive Team and work closely with the Board at a truly pivotal moment. You will lead the financial and operational management of the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), ensuring financial integrity, operational resilience, and legal compliance.

• Provide strategic leadership and assurance to the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees.
• Shape organisational strategy, business planning, and impact measurement.
• Oversee finance, people, welfare, risk, governance and legal functions.
• Lead a team of experts across finance, people, welfare, risk, governance and legal.
• Drive operational resilience and legal compliance.
• Ensure strong financial management underpins the mission.

• Senior financial leader with a strong track record in strategy development, system improvement, and organisational stewardship.
• CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification preferred.
• Substantial experience in senior financial leadership and strategic management.
• Commercially astute, people‑centred, collaborative, and confident operating at both strategic and operational levels.
