• Lead NPI programme delivery, ensuring contractual obligations are met

• Oversee risk management and mitigation across the NPI portfolio

• Proven programme management experience in complex, high‑value projects
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field
• Ideally, a formal PM qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or AGILE Practitioner
