We're now looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager - a strategic marketing leader ready to help us write the next chapter.

This is a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months . In this role, you'll take ownership of a dynamic product portfolio, driving growth through sharp consumer insight, bold strategy and flawless execution. You'll bring curiosity, creativity and commercial acumen - combining a deep understanding of people with the discipline of data. From shaping brand strategy and leading cross-functional teams, to working with world-class creative agencies and delivering innovation to market, you'll play a central role in strengthening our brands and unlocking new opportunities.

This is a role for a marketer who thinks big and thrives on making things happen. You'll be as comfortable leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders as you are digging into consumer trends, analysing data or inspiring agencies to create award-winning campaigns. Above all, you'll bring energy, imagination and a genuine passion for connecting brands with people. What you'll do:
Shape and deliver breakthrough brand strategies rooted in consumer insight. Manage and grow your portfolio with a sharp eye on profitability and performance. Drive pricing, promotion and portfolio strategies that create lasting commercial impact. Partner with creative, media and PR agencies to deliver compelling, insight-led communications. Lead cross-functional teams in developing and launching innovations that excite consumers and customers alike.

Experience & Knowledge Proven experience within an FMCG marketing team, having held a Product or Brand Manager role - Essential Previous people management experience - Desirable Degree level education or equivalent - Essential Strong grasp of consumer data sources (EPOS, Shopper Panel) - Essential Understanding of consumer research techniques - Essential Skills Proficient PC skills, particularly Excel - Essential Excellent communication and presentation skills - Essential Creative, curious and commercially minded - Essential Analytical, with strong numerical capability - Essential Confident project management skills - Essential Location.
