Sales Manager (Sheet Metal Fabrication / B2B) £40,000 - £45,000  Progression  Negotiable Commission Structure  Early Finish Friday  Free On-Site Parking Burnley Are you an experienced sales manager in the sheet metal industry, looking to join a growing company who will allow you to lead a sales team with autonomy and provide a negotiable commission package? This well-trusted and ambitious family run company, design, fabricate and manufacture bespoke metalwork for some of the UKs biggest brands, and are now looking to expand their workforce to continue growing.

On offer is the opportunity to become a vital asset to the business, where you will be managing a team of internal sales people and managing key accounts to grow the business. The ideal candidate will be able to work with the estimating team and fabrication team to deliver on client expectations, throughout projects. This role would suit an experienced sales manager in the sheet metal industry, looking to join a dynamic business who will give you autonomy and freedom to generate new business and manage key accounts.

The Role:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base Manage existing key accounts Estimating and quoting customer projects Program work orders and create job packs for order processing Office based (8am - 4:30pm)
