We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Process Technicians to support production operations within a Class 1000 Clean Room in Cambridge. This is a temporary role to cover a busy period 19th January to 12th February but could be extended. You will be working in a highly controlled, precision manufacturing environment handling chemicals.

Due to the cleanroom environment, the successful candidate must be clean shaven as you will be required to wear a fitted face mask for PPE purposes throughout the working day.

Key Responsibilities

* Set up, operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes

* Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimise downtime

* Monitor process parameters and adjust as needed to maintain product quality and consistency

* Collect data from production runs to identify trends or issues

* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all cleanroom and safety protocols

* Maintain accurate production records, batch logs and quality documentation

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Process Technician or in a manufacturing/cleanroom environment is highly desirable

* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions

* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

* Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE (including a face mask) for the full shift

* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
