About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Aged Care Registered Nurse to join our team rews's Care Home in Cambridge

On offer is a fixed term role for 38.5 hours a week from 2nd March to 8th June 2026. Shifts are as follows:

• Monday
• Tuesday
• Friday
• Saturday
• Sunday

Duties include:

• Clinical assessment, planning and implementing of nursing care.
• Effective communication and clinical problem‑solving skills
• Work collaboratively with other team members
• Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families.
• Provide compassionate and high‑level care

Skills & Experience Required:

• Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate
• Strong nursing experience in aged care
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of wound care management
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills
• You are a team player with a caring, respectful manner
