Brand Ambassador – Fashion

We are seeking a passionate and self‑motivated Brand Ambassador to take full ownership of a premium womenswear concession within a well‑known department store in Cambridge.

As the Brand Ambassador, you will be solely responsible for representing the identity, values, and visual standards of the brand in‑store. This role is ideal for someone who thrives when working independently and takes pride in delivering outstanding service with a passion for fashion.

• Act as the Brand Ambassador, delivering a premium and personalised customer experience.
• Take full ownership of the concession, managing day‑to‑day operations with autonomy and professionalism.
• Maintain an inviting, well‑presented, and brand‑aligned space through strong visual merchandising.
• Use your styling knowledge and expertise as a Brand Ambassador to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.
• Build positive relationships with the department store team while remaining the key Brand Ambassador for all matters related to the brand.
• Monitor stock, ensure availability, and proactively support business needs.

• Confident working independently in a role with full responsibility as the Brand Ambassador.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive, with the ability to manage the space like it’s your own business.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong understanding of visual merchandising.
• Warm, engaging, and truly passionate about fashion and styling.
• Previous experience in fashion retail, ideally in a concession or branded role as a Brand Ambassador.
