Store Manager, Cambridge, £55,000 – £70,000 per annum

We are working in partnership with one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing supermarket retailers to recruit an exceptional Store Manager in the Cambridge area.
Our client is experiencing outstanding year-on-year growth, opening new stores across the UK on a weekly basis. About You
Our client is seeking a driven and commercially minded leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally be:
* An experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior retail leader from a fast-paced retail or hospitality background
* Highly results-focused, motivated by exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service
* Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to communicate clear expectations and standards
* Flexible and willing to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home to support nearby stores when required
* Proactive and solution-focused, with proven experience prioritising workloads, delegating effectively, and developing high-performing teams
Store Manager
– Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Leading, recruiting, and developing a motivated store team to consistently exceed performance expectations
* Overseeing all store operations, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
* Driving exceptional customer service, effective stock management, and smooth day-to-day operations through structured planning
* Delivering a clear and effective operating plan to achieve strong sales performance and maximise profitability
* Conducting annual performance reviews, setting challenging objectives, and supporting team development to drive continued growth
