. This hybrid role is based in Cambridge, UK and requires a minimum of three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities- Design & Architect Solutions
:
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce and Service Max solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices. - Develop & Implement Features
:
Build and configure Service Max modules, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations. - Optimize & Innovate
:
Evaluate new Salesforce/Service Max features and third‑party tools to enhance performance and user experience. - Documentation & Communication
:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and deployment plans. - Testing & Quality Assurance
:
Write and execute unit, integration, and regression tests; support UAT and resolve production issues promptly.
To be successful, you’ll need to have/because:
- 5+ years of experience with Service Max (including implementation experience).
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SFM Design, Flows, and Service Max Back‑End Processes.
- Solid understanding of Service Cloud and the Service Max data model (customer feedback journey).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
It would also be helpful if you have:
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or Technical Architect certifications.
- Experience with middleware tools (Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems.
