Responsibilities
  • Design & Architect Solutions
    :
    Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce and Service Max solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Develop & Implement Features
    :
    Build and configure Service Max modules, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
  • Optimize & Innovate
    :
    Evaluate new Salesforce/Service Max features and third‑party tools to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Documentation & Communication
    :
    Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and deployment plans.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
    :
    Write and execute unit, integration, and regression tests; support UAT and resolve production issues promptly.
About You

To be successful, you’ll need to have/because:

  • 5+ years of experience with Service Max (including implementation experience).
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SFM Design, Flows, and Service Max Back‑End Processes.
  • Solid understanding of Service Cloud and the Service Max data model (customer feedback journey).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

It would also be helpful if you have:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II or Technical Architect certifications.
  • Experience with middleware tools (Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems.
