Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 7am-4pm & Friday, 7am-12pm (overtime available)
Hourly Rate: £13.28 per hour (potential increase after training)
 
Our highly established client based in Meldreth are currently looking for Warehouse Operative's to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis, with a view to start from January onwards. The successful candidate must have a strong background within the Warehouse & Logistics industry, including previous Forklift operation experience and licenses.
 
Main duties as a Warehouse Operative:
- Loading & unloading deliveries inbound and outbound with a Forklift truck
- Loading pallets with materials and stock, readied to be dispatched
- Stock rotation throughout the warehouse and yard, ensuring materials are correctly stored in their designated locations
- Hand picking smaller items and packing them according to customer requirements, ensuring the correct labels are printed and placed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy Warehouse and Yard
- Daily Forklift checks
 
What's needed as a Warehouse Operative:
- Previous Counterbalance Forklift experience and licenses
- A strong understanding and background within Warehouse & Logistics operations
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- Must hold a valid UK drivers license and be able to drive due to location
- Open to progression and learning different skills, tasks, and departments
