Location: Area Cover for various locations within Cambuslang/Rutherglen Area

Hours: 15 hours per week on a term time basis

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pm

Hourly Rate: £13.33 per hour

Job Description

Community & Enterprise Resources provide catering and cleaning services in many locations and buildings across South Lanarkshire including schools, council offices and police stations.

Responsibilities will include carrying out the cleaning function on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls, etc. You will be required to report to the Cleaning Supervisor.

Practical tasks: use a buffing machine to clean floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls in line with a pre‑determined schedule.

Ensure building security is maintained and act as a key‑holder as required.

Monitor cleaning standards in line with specification/COSHH regulations, reporting any issues to management.

Remove refuse and deal with waste, ensuring appropriate disposal.
