Telesales Lead Generator
Location: Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom
We are looking for an experienced Telephone Business Development Executive / Sales Development Representative to drive new sales opportunities for a successful technology company. The role involves outbound B2B telesales, appointment making, and lead generation.
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + OTE and commission structure that allows earnings above basic salary.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities and set appointments for field sales colleagues.
- Conduct outbound telephone calls to existing and potential customers.
- Manage the first stage of the sales process and hand over prospects to field sales consultants.
- Maintain a daily call log and update CRM with prospect information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales lead generation or outbound B2B telesales of IT or Telecoms solutions preferred.
- Alternatively, proven appointment making / lead generation experience in another sector with solid career history.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Must be based within Central Scotland.

Primarily office-based in Glasgow with occasional remote workdays.
