Salary & Benefits - £35,000 plus £3,000 sign-on bonus + pension + a range of flexible benefits.

Working in our Sustainability Team within SP Transmission, you will be an advocate for our business, ensuring that our Transmission Network has a minimal impact on our environment.

Our team plays a vital role in driving our business towards a more sustainable future, aligning our supply chain with sustainable objectives and championing initiatives to reduce carbon emissions.

Whether it s supporting the delivery of our projects during construction or managing our operational network, your dedication to the environment and sustainability will be crucial and we’re looking for a graduate who shares our passion. You’ll find more information on all of sustainability here:

• Support carbon reduction and biodiversity initiatives
• Help deliver sustainability reports and ESG disclosures
• Work on planning, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
• Gain insight into the full project lifecycle—from design to delivery
• Collaborate with teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations

• A 2:2 or above in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Geography, Sustainability or similar
• Passion for sustainability and climate action
• Strong communication and data analysis skills
• A driving licence (or working towards it)

• Hands-on experience across sustainability-focused projects, from supporting the development of resilient and environmentally responsible infrastructure to contributing to the planning and delivery of Biodiversity enhancement initiatives.

• Support toward professional accreditation (e.g. ISEP)
