Overview
Role: BIM Coordinator on HS2 contract. The position supports the Design Integration team in managing model federation, clash resolution, and subcontractor coordination—specifically for MEP and Architectural Fit-Out systems.
Location:
Camden, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home.
Rate: £50 per hour inside IR35
Contract length: 12 months
Responsibilities- Work on the Design Integration team to manage model federation, clash resolution, and subcontractor coordination for MEP and Architectural Fit-Out systems.
- Perform clash detection using Revit and Project Wise; experience with tunnel fit-out projects is required.
- Open Building Designer and iTwin experience would be good but not essential.
