Location & Working Hours
Camden – 3 days a week in office, 2 days from home.
Compensation & ContractRate: £50 per hour (inside IR35). Contract length: 12 months.
Role OverviewMy client is looking for a BIM Coordinator to work on their HS2 contract. This role supports the Design Integration team in managing model federation, clash resolution, and subcontractor coordination – specifically for MEP and Architectural Fit‑Out systems. The position involves tunnel fit‑out and requires MEP experience in clash detection.
Key Responsibilities- Manage model federation across disciplines.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution using Revit and Project Wise.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for MEP and architectural fit‑out systems.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Level 2 project requirements.
- Perform data analysis related to BIM models.
- BIM coordination experience.
- MEP knowledge and project experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and clash detection.
- Experience with Project Wise.
- Open Building Designer and itwin experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of BIM Level 2 project requirements.
- Data analysis skills.
