HUGO BOSS UK Ltd. is looking for an IT Support Engineer Northern Hub to join the team! The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive systems and desktop support for our end users (Office & Retail Stores), ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across the Northern Hub (UK/IE, Nordics & Baltics). Your technical expertise will be crucial in resolving IT issues and maintaining system integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software in stores and offices, ensuring timely resolution of IT tickets and inquiries.
  • Manage and support systems including Windows 10 and 11, macOS, iOS, Intune, Microsoft 365, Teams, Meeting Rooms, Retail POS systems, network equipment, wireless access points, and RFID label printers.
  • Assist in IT projects, set up retail stores, and improve technical infrastructure in collaboration with project teams.
  • Manage and oversee external service providers to ensure service quality and implement IT solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, acting as the primary contact for communication and problem resolution.
  • Work closely with HQ in Metzingen and other international teams, supporting cross‑country IT initiatives and projects.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, regularly reporting on the status of IT projects and tickets.
  • Train and support staff on IT systems and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work outside regular business hours to meet project demands and support critical operations.
Qualifications
  • Solid IT support experience (min. 3 years) in retail or international environments, with strong technical problem‑solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in managing service providers to ensure quality delivery and effective IT solution implementation.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation and reporting.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, facilitating collaboration across teams and countries.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead cross‑country IT initiatives with international teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
