Mangat Construction LLC in Glendale, AZ, is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator with strong earthwork experience to join our civil sitework team. You will operate scrapers, dozers, and loaders on large residential and commercial projects, performing cut and fill, grading, and mass dirt work.
You’ll read grade stakes and plans, inspect equipment daily, and maintain safe, efficient operations in Arizona conditions as part of a production-minded crew.
