We are looking for an industrial engineer reporting to the industrial engineering team leader to help us optimize our processes within the company. In this role, you will have a major impact in supporting the organization's growth. You will be at the forefront of proposing and implementing solutions aimed at improving the factory's productivity and operational performance.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Analyze existing processes and propose and implement innovative solutions to support production objectives
Lead KAIZEN and continuous improvement activities to promote operational efficiency in the factory
Establish and optimize logical and efficient assembly sequences in a lean manufacturing environment
Participate in factory layout projects by contributing to the development of plans that promote flow and space optimization
Collaborate with various stakeholders to propose and implement winning solutions
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
Autonomy, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems in a manufacturing environment
Motivation to take on new challenges and thrive in a context of change and continuous improvement
Proficiency in diagnostic tools:
Value Stream Mapping (VSM), material flow analysis, capacity analysis
