About

The Role
As the Head of Gaming Performance, you will be responsible for the oversight, ownership and improvement of the overall commercial performance of the Group’s Gaming product. You will make business critical recommendations and play a pivotal role in decision making based on data driven insights.

Reporting to the Global Gaming Director and you will be part of the Product and Technology team.

What you will do

Lead the evaluation of gaming financial performance across various casino product verticals and geographic regions. Utilize analytical prowess to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Organize and spearhead monthly performance review meetings with gaming suppliers, fostering collaborative partnerships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Partner with central analytics teams to continually enhance and maintain financial performance dashboards and reports specifically tailored to the Gaming division.

Be the definitive source of truth for the Gaming product department regarding commercial performance, providing expert insights and guidance.

Conduct rigorous market financial analysis to discern industry trends, benchmark against competitors, and identify growth opportunities and areas for enhancement.

Who you are

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the online gaming industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience In a similar role within the online casino Industry.

Good understanding of RNG, Live, and Table Games.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
