Provide personal care and home support in person as a Home Care Attendant at Boundary Trails Health Centre in Morden. Support clients safely thern Health-Santé Sud seeks a permanent, 0.5 FTE Home Care Attendant for its Home Care Program. Working under the Resource Coordinator, you will support frail, physically disabled, and mentally challenged clients of all ages. The work requires independent judgment, critical thinking, confidentiality, and respect for culturally diverse communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care to assigned home care clients
Deliver home support services according to established care plans
Help clients remain safely in their own homes
Determine work priorities and methods independently
Travel to regional facilities when position duties require
Requirements:
Grade 12 education
Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide Certificate
Knowledge of Safe Food Handling
Valid Class 5 licence and insured vehicle
Experience with elderly or disabled clients preferred
Bring compassionate home support, independent judgment, and client-focused care to Southern Health-Santé Sud in Morden.
