About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Application Developers with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Now GRC and Sec Ops working in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves developing and implementing solutions that enhance our Service Now platform contributing to the company's mission of delivering innovative technology solutions.

Certified Application Developer and Certified System Administrator
In this role, you will:
Develop and implement Service Now GRC and Sec Ops solutions to enhance platform capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.

• Ensure the integration of Service Now applications with existing systems to streamline processes.

• Provide technical expertise and support for Service Now platform upgrades and enhancements.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities.

• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in the testing and validation of new features and functionalities.

• Train and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment.

• Stay updated with the latest Service Now trends and technologies to drive innovation.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

• Deliver high-quality solutions that meet the company's standards and client expectations.
Work Model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Canada. What you need to have to be considered
Sr. Application Developers with strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining enterprise applications.
Certified Application Developer & Certified System Administrator
Candidates should have working knowledge of Sec Ops module
4 years of development experience with Service Now
Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise application architecture
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Develop and implement Service Now GRC and Sec Ops solutions to enhance platform capabilities.
Possess strong experience in Service Now GRC and Sec Ops demonstrating a deep understanding of these modules.
Have a proven track record of developing and implementing Service Now solutions in a hybrid work model.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
