Custodial Janitor – Service Master Clean Victoria

Position Overview: Join our dynamic cleaning company as a Custodial Janitor and play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of various facilities. We are looking for individuals who are diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services. As a Custodial Janitor, you will contribute to creating a welcoming and safe environment for our clients and their patrons.



Key Responsibilities :

· General Cleaning Tasks: Perform routine cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.

· Surface Cleaning: Wipe down and disinfect surfaces such as desks, countertops, windowsills, and kitchenettes. Polish stainless steel surfaces and glass doors as needed.

· Trash and Recycling Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in designated containers. Ensure bins are emptied, cleaned, and lined with new bags.

· Floor Care: Maintain various types of flooring including tile, carpet, and hardwood. Perform tasks such as mopping, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors according to schedule and specifications.

· Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and restroom consumables. Replenish supplies as needed and report low stock to supervisors.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Custodial Janitor or similar role preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Valid driver's license

Looking for full time and part time employees Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
