JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Control Technician samples, tests, and inspects concrete and raw materials to ensure compliance with CPCI/CSA/ACI standards. They maintain accurate records, support mix design and project reviews, analyze data for improvements, and assist managers as needed. Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a safety-focused mindset are essential.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Complete cleaning and maintenance of equipment as requiredSample, inspect, and test concrete and raw materials at the plants and on site.Maintain daily records of all dataPerform administrative duties of value-added productsFollow all necessary health & safety directives in accordance with legislative requirementsWork with managers to conduct project specification reviews and mix design reviewsIdentify opportunities for continuous improvementAnalyze data and provides well supported and applicable recommendations for actionEnsure CPCI/CSA/ACI compliance: reviews and monitors field compliance with CSA/PCI standardsAssist Managers and Supervisors with various tasksPerform all other duties required by managementWHAT YOU NEED
