Part Time Warehouse Labourer

Details for this role:

Pay rate for this position is set at $16.50/h + 4 % vacation pay, paid weekly

Shift is Monday-Friday from 4:00pm-9:00pm

For your safety, steel toe safety boots are required on site without exception

Your Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Loading/unloading product from trucks

Building and shrink-wrapping pallets quickly and efficiently to prepare for shipping

Use RF scanners to track/record numbers and volumes

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Preserve a safe and clean work area by complying with rules and regulations that have been established

Attention to detail; able to accurately read labels, codes and long numbers in small print

Aptitude to stay organized while working well with a team

Previous forklift experience considered a strong asset

Willingness to learn new tasks and ability to adapt to rapid changes

Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 75lbs) and perform physical labour in a fast-paced environment

Required:

Reliable transportation as public transportation is not always available

Clean criminal record check

CSA approved steel toe boots
