About

Exemplar Health Care

Exemplar Health Care is one of the country’s leading nursing care providers for adults living with complex needs. We have over 55 care homes across England that support adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro‑disabilities and physical disabilities. As well as stable and secure employment opportunities, we offer great benefits and perks, and plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and progress.

Exemplar Health Care began as a healthcare consultancy and training firm. But we soon saw a gap in the sector: a lack of care homes for younger adults living with complex needs. That insight shaped the mission we still live by today – to transform complex care and provide fulfilling opportunities for the people who need it most. We’re now proud to have more than 60 care homes across England, providing nursing care for adults living with dementia, neuro‑disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities.

Support the processing of referrals received into the organisation, as requested by the Senior Clinical Assessment Specialist, working in conjunction with the Referrals and Occupancy Management Team.

Uphold the company vision and drive the Exemplar Health Care strategy.
