Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative – Cannock

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum (based on 48 hours per week, annualised hours programme; overtime on a premium rate but not guaranteed)

Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s required for the start of the new season (March). Are you looking for a new challenge, a new start, or overlooked for a promotion? Have you had broken promises by your employer? This mobile role involves pick up/drop off depending on your location and supports a small team across multiple sites.

• Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
• Working within a small team
• Customer service interaction essential to ensure client satisfaction
• Vehicle checks

• Experience of managing a small team
• Working independently or within a small team
• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Experience of using hand‑held power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
• Valid driver's licence essential

Company van, mobile iPad, full PPE, tools and equipment supplied. Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates.
