Vehicle Technician​/Mechanic - VAG Specialist

We are a premium VAG specialist garage in Canterbury and are currently recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a Motor Mechanic, VAG Technician, Audi Technician, VW Technician or Diagnostic Technician looking for dealer-level work without dealer pressure

Our independent workshop specialises in VAG Group vehicles and is equipped with main‑dealer diagnostic systems
, modern tooling, and a professional, supportive working environment.

• Up to £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

• No weekends – Monday to Friday
• Only Work on premium and performance VAG vehicles

• Vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Advanced diagnostics and fault‑finding
• Mechanical and electrical repairs
• Working on VAG Group vehicles (Audi, VW, SEAT, Škoda)
• Carrying out work to manufacturer and industry standards
• Maintaining high levels of quality control and efficiency

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding ability
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic
• VAG experience preferred (Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT)
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused
