Canterbury Salary: £38-45,000 DOE About the Client

- Lead projects through all design phases, from concept to delivery
- Coordinate project teams including internal staff and external consultants
- Produce, review, and approve technical drawings and documentation
- Oversee site visits and construction administration to ensure design quality
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and project financial performance
- Liaise with clients, present proposals, and respond to feedback
- Mentor and develop junior staff
- Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, health & safety, and sustainability
- Contribute to bids, tenders, and proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and consultants
- ARB‑registered architect with substantial post‑Part 3 experience
- Commercial, Life Science and Health experience
- Proven experience running projects from inception to completion
- Strong technical skills in detailing, drawing, specification, and documentation
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and team management skills
- Proficient in relevant design software and UK regulations
- Strong communicator with client and multi-disciplinary coordination experience
- Proactive, commercially aware, and solution‑focused
- Experienced in mentoring junior staff and delivering projects on time and budget
