Job Type: Full-time, Continental Shift Pattern We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kent.

Day-to-day of the role:

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilising knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling, and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
Analyse and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to maximise efficiency in the production process.
Collaborate with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products and assist in the transition from product development to production.
Design, develop, and test various tools, machinery, and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods.
Perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.
Represent manufacturing during cross-functional projects, ensuring designs are manufacturable and that manufacturing issues are addressed during the design phase.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and control systems.
Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to work under a continental shift pattern, ensuring flexibility and commitment.
