Your

Purpose:

To support our clients in identifying, attracting, and communicating top talent for their most critical requirements, consulting both parties to ensure seamless process management and purposeful and passionate delivery.

Duties:

• Developing new business client relationships via different methods such as cold calling, booking calls, and sending prospective candidates.
• Entering job applicants CV’s and contact details as well as clients' into our company database for future reference
• Establishing a strong network of candidates within your niche market space
• Sourcing and/or head-hunting candidates for recruitment vacancies
• Achieving recruitment sales targets and working to deadlines to achieve set sales objectives
• Managing the candidate experience through the recruitment process; from selling the opportunity through to the offer stage
• Producing and posting job adverts to help attract relevant candidates
• Producing and posting Linked In content to help establish your personal and ARTO’s Brand

Requirements:

• Sales Experience is desirable but not essential. We are looking for people that have the drive to make something of themselves and with our support, achieve their life goals!
