Job Description
360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Canterbury, Kent-based client, up to £35k basic DOE, plus uncapped commission. Must be a car owner/driver due to location. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, self‑motivated individual with a proven background in recruitment within the Accountancy & Finance or HR sectors.
Our client is a dynamic and forward‑thinking recruitment consultancy specializing in delivering exceptional recruitment services in the Accountancy, Finance, and HR sectors. Our team prides itself on building long‑lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike, based on trust, professionalism, and expertise.
Responsibilities- Business Development:
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Accountancy, Finance, and HR markets.
- Negotiate contracts, terms of business, and placement fees.
- Candidate Management:
- Proactively source high‑quality candidates through job boards, Linked In, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Job Management:
- Write and advertise job vacancies in a compelling manner.
- Match suitable candidates to client vacancies.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding.
- Market Expertise:
- Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends in Accountancy, Finance, and HR sectors.
- Offer tailored advice to clients and candidates based on market insights.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Accountancy, Finance, or HR sectors.
- Track record of building client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions.
- Strong business development skills, generating new opportunities and meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented approach.
Desirable
- Knowledge of the local job market in Canterbury, Kent, and surrounding areas.
Additional Requirements
- Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle due to the office location.
