Job Description

360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Canterbury, Kent-based client, up to £35k basic DOE, plus uncapped commission. Must be a car owner/driver due to location. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, self‑motivated individual with a proven background in recruitment within the Accountancy & Finance or HR sectors.

• Business Development:
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Accountancy, Finance, and HR markets.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms of business, and placement fees.
• Candidate Management:
  • Proactively source high‑quality candidates through job boards, Linked In, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Job Management:
  • Write and advertise job vacancies in a compelling manner.
  • Match suitable candidates to client vacancies.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding.
• Market Expertise:
  • Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends in Accountancy, Finance, and HR sectors.
  • Offer tailored advice to clients and candidates based on market insights.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Accountancy, Finance, or HR sectors.
• Track record of building client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions.
• Strong business development skills, generating new opportunities and meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented approach.

Desirable

• Knowledge of the local job market in Canterbury, Kent, and surrounding areas.

Additional Requirements

• Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle due to the office location.
