As an IT Technician you will :

• Provide technical support to staff and students across the school.
• Maintain install and troubleshoot hardware software and network systems.
• Support the management of user accounts printers and classroom technology.
• Ensure all ICT equipment is in good working order and maintained efficiently.
• Assist with upgrades data backups and IT asset management.

• Has previous experience in an IT support or technician role ideally in an educational setting.
• Possesses strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems networks and common software.
• Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Is organised efficient and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
• Has a proactive approach and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
