Planning and Performance Analyst

Are you organised, detail-focused, and love making things run smoothly? We're looking for a Planning & Performance Analyst to join a busy production team in Canterbury.

What you'll do:

• Create daily and weekly production plans

• Make sure workers, materials, and machines are ready

• Adjust plans when things change or new orders come in

• Work with Sales to meet customer needs on time

• Track stock and deliveries

• Use planning software (ERP / MRP Prophet) to keep everything accurate

• Report on production performance and help improve processes
