CAD Technician

Diamond Search Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly motivatedcontract MEPH Revit/CAD Technician to join our client in Canterbury.

Based in the Canterbury area, the ideal candidate would be easily accessible to Canterbury / Kent based.

Our client offer attractive remuneration, negotiable according to experience, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, 5% employer pension contribution, l ife cover and Private Medical Insurance.

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. , Friday 7.30a.m. to 4.30 p.m.

We are seeking an experienced candidate to Initially work on a specific project developing Stage 4C/5 drawings.

Applicants must have experience in Revit MEPH & Fabrication Software, Navisworks Manage, Auto Cad MEPH, MS Office products and above all be able to produce fully co-ordinated working drawings to a high standard of presentation for installation purposes. Applicants MUSTalso ha ve experience of Building Services Co-ordination.

The ideal candidate would be able to work well as part of a team, be able to communicate well with other members of the design & drawing teams and be able to work to a deadline. Flexibility is key to the role. You will need to be able to work with information provided, as well interrogating specifications, schedules & technical submittals of your own accord.

You should be able to work with project standards and company standards

Own transport required.
