An exciting opportunity has opened up to join a multi-award-winning, independent practice in the beautiful Kent countryside. With planning permission recently granted for a major expansion – including a brand-new clinical area and CT scanner.

What this practice can offer you
  • Fully equipped with ultrasound (with VVS), DR radiography, laparoscopy, endoscopy, dental X‑ray, orthopaedic kit, and CT scanner arriving in 2025
  • Dedicated cat and dog consulting rooms and wards
  • Access to visiting specialists in ophthalmology, orthopaedics, imaging, and cardiology
  • 24/7 VetCT specialist support
  • No on‑call – OOH covered by Mi Night Vet
What we’re looking for
  • A Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with experience in small animal care
  • Certificate holder (or working towards one) preferred – we’ll support you every step of the way
  • A team player who shares the values of the practice – Compassion, Teamwork, Accountability, and Embracing the Adventure
What’s the package?
  • Salary £48,000–£85,000 (DOE + qualifications)
  • Uncapped CPD budget + certificate support
  • 5 weeks holiday + Bank Holidays
  • 1 in 4 weekends, mornings only
  • RCVS, VDS, and additional memberships paid
