An exciting opportunity has become available with a long-established, family-run manufacturer-approved dealership offering a genuine 5-day working week, no Sundays, and an excellent commission structure.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales executive who enjoys a supportive, close-knit environment while still benefiting from strong brand backing and a high-performing operation across both new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities

* Deliver a professional and customer-focused sales experience

* Manage the full sales journey for new and used vehicles

* Build strong relationships with customers and local buyers

* Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets

* Maintain accurate administration and FCA compliance

* Represent the dealership and brand professionally at all times

Requirements

* Strong communication and customer-facing skills

* Proven success in a sales-driven, target-focused role

* Proactive, organised, and confident in closing deals

* Ideally has some main dealer experience

* Full UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits

 * £12k basic / £14k accredited. OTE £50,000+

* Mon–Fri 8:30am–6pm, Sat 8:30am–5pm (5-day week)

* BH rota 10am–4pm

* 23 days’ holiday + BH
