Role title
Context
Our client, a GxP manufacturing site, is looking for an experienced CQV Engineer to secure the qualified state of its plants, systems and technical equipment throughout their lifecycle. The role combines hands-on qualification work with a reference position for project, engineering, QA and operations teams.
Your missions

• Plan, coordinate and perform initial qualifications and periodic requalifications of plants, units, systems and equipment
• Conduct periodic reviews and support decommissioning activities
• Prepare and coordinate technical change requests and assess their impact on the qualified state
• Handle deviations, investigations and CAPAs within the required timelines
• Create, review and release technical and quality documentation in line with GxP requirements
• Ensure full traceability of all commissioning, qualification and requalification activities
• Act as CQV expert and advise teams on maintaining the qualified state of systems
• Represent the department during internal and external audits, customer visits and regulatory inspections, and support the closure of findings

Profile required

• Technical degree (HF, FH, University of Applied Sciences or University) or equivalent professional experience in a technical field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in CQV within a GxP environment
• Proven experience in periodic requalification, change management and deviation handling
• German: business fluent (required)
• English: business fluent (preferred)
• Qualification lifecycle (IQ, OQ, PQ, periodic review, decommissioning)
• Change control, deviation and CAPA management
• GxP documentation and data integrity
• Digital validation platforms and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Clear written and verbal communication, cross-functional teamwork
• Proactivity, self-motivation and attention to detail
