Megan Green State Farm is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-activity environment. If you enjoy spending your day meeting with customers, uncovering their needs, and closing business, we’d love to meet you.
This is an in-office position with a steady flow of opportunities and the support of an established, growing agency.
What You’ll Do- Conduct multiple customer appointments each day, both virtually and by phone
- Review customers’ insurance needs and recommend life insurance solutions
- Cross-sell life insurance to existing customers
- Build relationships that lead to long-term client retention
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Work closely with the agency team to provide an outstanding customer experience
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Previous life insurance sales experience required
- Active Georgia Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Property & Casualty License is a plus
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Passion for helping customers protect their families and financial future
- Able to thrive in a high-volume appointment setting
- Full-time,
in-office position in Holly Springs, GA - Must live within approximately 30 minutes of our office during normal busy traffic
- CTS Assessment is required prior to scheduling an interview. Qualified applicants will receive the assessment after applying.
